Traditional Cream Cheese Cheesecake

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add in the flour and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed and scraping the bowl between each addition.
  4. Add the sour cream and heavy cream, mixing just until smooth and creamy.
