The Best Homemade Peach Jam (with Cinnamon!)

Place chopped peaches in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice and cinnamon.

3️⃣ Add Pectin

Sprinkle in the powdered pectin and stir well. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil — a boil that doesn’t stop bubbling when stirred — while stirring constantly.

4️⃣ Add Sugar & Boil

Add the entire amount of sugar at once and stir vigorously until dissolved. Return the mixture to a full rolling boil and boil for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

5️⃣ Remove Foam & Jar

Remove the pot from heat. Skim off any foam from the surface using a spoon. Carefully ladle hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving about ¼ inch of headspace. Wipe rims clean, apply lids, and seal.
