Taiwanese Shacha Beef Fried Rice (20-Minute Dinner)

1️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef

  1. Stir in the thinly sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes or until just browned.

3️⃣ Add Vegetables

  1. Add the corn, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
