1️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Stir in the thinly sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes or until just browned.
3️⃣ Add Vegetables
- Add the corn, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
4️⃣ Stir-Fry with Rice & Sauce
