Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake: A Perfectly Sweet Delight

Prepare the base:

  1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the cream:

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight).
