👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Toss evenly with cornstarch until lightly coated.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken in batches (don’t overcrowd) and fry until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add a little oil if needed. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar (or lemon juice), ketchup, pepper, and chili flakes. Stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
