Chicken Crust Pizza (High-Protein, Low-Carb)

1️⃣ Prep the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper for easy release.

2️⃣ Make the Dough

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, flaxseed flour, and salt.
  2. Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the chicken mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform — it should be slightly sticky but spreadable.

3️⃣ Shape the Crust

  1. Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
  2. On your prepared parchment-lined trays, spread each portion into a thin, round crust about ¼ inch thick. Use a spatula or your hands to flatten and shape it.
