- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, flaxseed flour, and salt.
- Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the chicken mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform — it should be slightly sticky but spreadable.
3️⃣ Shape the Crust
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
- On your prepared parchment-lined trays, spread each portion into a thin, round crust about ¼ inch thick. Use a spatula or your hands to flatten and shape it.
