Cheesy Garlic Butter Baked Corn on the Cob

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a large baking dish or foil roasting pan.

2️⃣ Season the Corn

  1. Arrange the halved corn ears snugly in the baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes (if using).
  3. Pour the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the corn to coat.

3️⃣ Bake

  1. Cover the dish loosely with foil.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the corn is tender and infused with buttery flavor.
