Zero Sugar Brownies: The Ultimate Guilt-Free Dessert Recipe

Zero Sugar Brownies

These brownies were born out of love for chocolate and a desire to enjoy it freely. My dad, a lifelong sweet tooth, had to cut sugar—and I was determined to give him a dessert that didn’t taste “healthy.” One bite, and he was hooked. Rich, chewy, and deeply chocolaty, these brownies prove that indulgence can be good for you.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)

  • ½ cup zero-calorie sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8” baking pan.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla.

  3. Add almond flour, cocoa, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  5. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Tip: Letting them cool enhances the fudgy texture—don’t rush it!
