Every summer, we’d sit on the porch with tall glasses of peach lemonade, made fresh with garden-picked lemons and juicy peaches. It was our way of slowing down and soaking up the sun. This recipe captures that exact feeling—simple, sweet, and endlessly refreshing. Share it with friends or enjoy it with a good book and a breeze. Let summer linger in every sip.
2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
½ cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice and fresh mint for serving
Peach or lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Make Peach Puree: In a blender, blend chopped peaches until smooth.
Strain (optional): For a smoother drink, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.
Mix Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon juice, and sweetener. Stir well.
Add Water: Pour in cold water and mix until combined.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour lemonade, and garnish with mint or fruit slices.
Use sparkling water instead of still for a fizzy twist.
Freeze peach slices to use as ice cubes—keeps the drink cold without watering it down.
Make it a cocktail by adding a splash of vodka or bourbon.
