Ingredients:
1 package of frozen broccoli (preferably from Aldi)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
100 g crumbled feta cheese
A handful of cashews or walnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of chili flakes (for the bravest)
Juice of half a lemon
Preparation:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned and slightly tender. Then drain and rinse with cold water.
Add the paprika and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the broccoli.
