It was one of those evenings where time was short, but hunger was high. I tossed some seasoned chicken into the air fryer—and in under 20 minutes, out came the juiciest, golden-brown chicken ever. Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil.

  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Season both sides of the chicken evenly.

  • Place chicken in the air fryer basket, spaced apart.

  • Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 8–10 minutes until internal temp hits 165°F.

  • Rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon if desired.

  • Thinner or butterflied chicken cooks faster and stays tender.
