- In a small container, we begin our ritual. Hydrate the agar agar or unflavored gelatin with 60 ml of water. Mix and let the magic of hydration work its wonders.
- In a saucepan, combine 400 ml of coconut milk and 120 ml of water. At this point, add the unsweetened cocoa and stir it in.
- Add the unflavored agar agar or hydrated gelatin to the previous mixture. Mix again to incorporate.
- Place the pot over medium heat and, with patience and love, stir until the mixture begins to boil.
- We remove the mixture from the heat and pour it into a silicone mold, which has been greased beforehand to make it easy to unmold later. We smooth the surface.
- We place our delicious dessert in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. During this time, the magic of freshness will transform our creation into delicious snacks ready to conquer your senses.
