  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Fruit

    • Blend until completely smooth.
    • (Optional: Taste and adjust—add a little honey or agave if you prefer sweeter popsicles.)
  2. Pour into Popsicle Molds
    • Fill popsicle molds almost to the top.
    • Cover with the lid (or foil) and insert wooden popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze
    • Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. Remove Popsicles
    • To release, run the mold under cold water for a few seconds.
    • Gently wiggle the stick side to side until the popsicle loosens.

Notes

✔ Use ripe, sweet fruit for the best flavor—no added sugar needed!
✔ If using frozen strawberries, no need to thaw—just blend longer.
✔ For smoother popsicles, strain the mixture to remove seeds (optional).
✔ No popsicle mold? Use small paper cups with sticks or an ice cube tray for mini pops!
