  • 1 cup steamed broccoli

  • 1 small carrot, shredded

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, and garlic.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden.

  4. Pour the honey-ginger mixture over the chicken. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
