For the Casserole:
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (about 1 whole chicken)
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
Optional Garnish:
Chopped fresh parsley
Sliced green onions
Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Make the Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
First Layer: Spread half of the stuffing in the bottom of the dish.
Add Chicken: Layer the shredded rotisserie chicken evenly over the stuffing.
Pour Sauce: Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken.
