  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt

For the Orange Jell-O Layer:

  • 1 (3 oz) box orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional, for extra flavor)

  • Orange slices

Instructions

1. Prepare the Orange Jell-O

  • In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the orange Jell-O powder and boiling water until fully dissolved.
  • Let cool to room temperature (about 30 minutes).

2. Make the Graham Cracker Crust

  • Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbsmelted butter, and salt until combined.
  • Press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes to set.

3. Whip the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth (~2 minutes).
  • In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream½ cup powdered sugarvanilla, and orange zest (if using) until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

4. Mix the Jell-O with Whipped Cream

  • Fold the remaining whipped cream into the cooled orange Jell-O until smooth.

5. Assemble the Cheesecake

  • Alternate spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture and orange Jell-O mixture over the crust.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect.

6. Chill & Serve

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
  • Before serving, remove the springform ring, garnish with whipped cream and orange slices if desired.
  • Slice and enjoy!
