  • Pinch of salt

For the Toppings:

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
    • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
    • In a large bowl, beat softened butter, cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and salt with an electric mixer until fluffy (3-4 minutes).
    • Spread evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Layer the Fruits:
