These Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are the perfect quick and easy appetizer or snack! Packed with creamy ranch-flavored cream cheese, smoky turkey, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, they’re a crowd favorite. With just 10 minutes of prep, these pinwheels are great for parties, meal prep, or a tasty low-carb snack.

  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 slices smoked deli turkey (about 3 oz)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried minced onion
  • ¼ tsp dried dill (or ½ tsp fresh dill)
  • 1 tbsp bacon crumbles
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Ranch seasoning (for extra flavor)
  • Sliced jalapeños (for a spicy kick)
  • Spinach or lettuce (for freshness)

Instructions

Step 1: Roll Out the Cream Cheese

  1. Place the cream cheese between two sheets of plastic wrap.
  2. Roll it out into a ¼-inch thick rectangle.
  3. Peel off the top layer of plastic wrap.

Step 2: Layer the Turkey & Seasonings

  1. Arrange the turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese.
  2. Cover with a new piece of plastic wrap and flip the whole thing over.
  3. Remove the top plastic wrap and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried onion, dill, bacon crumbles, and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Roll & Chill

  1. Tightly roll up the pinwheels (turkey on the outside).
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or freeze for 30 minutes) to firm up.

Step 4: Slice & Serve

  1. Slice into 12 pieces (about ½-inch thick).
  2. Serve on low-carb crackers, cucumber slices, or enjoy as-is!
