1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: grated parmesan or chili flakes for extra flavor
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small heaps of cottage cheese (about 1 tbsp each) onto the sheet, flatten gently with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with seasonings of your choice.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and crisp. (Oven times may vary.)
Let cool completely — they’ll crisp up more as they sit!
Use silicone baking mats for easy release.
Add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the tray — spacing helps them get crispier.
For a spicier kick, try a dash of paprika or cayenne before baking.
Store in an airtight container — re-crisp in the oven if needed!
