Ingredients

Scale
  • 12-pack rolls, halved lengthwise (Kings Hawaiian rolls recommended)
  • 6 oz ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • ⅓ cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • ⅓ cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (fresh recommended)

Optional for Serving:

  • 1 cup marinara sauce, warmed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet. Layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Top with sliced pepperoncini and hot cherry peppers. Replace the top halves of the rolls.
  3. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the sliders, ensuring all the nooks and crannies are coated.
  4. Bake: Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  1. Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh garlic and high-quality meats and cheeses make a big difference in flavor.
  2. Customize the Heat: Adjust the amount of pepperoncini and hot cherry peppers to suit your spice preference.
  3. Double the Recipe: These sliders are perfect for feeding a crowd, so feel free to double or triple the ingredients.
  4. Make Ahead: Assemble the sliders ahead of time, cover, and refrigerate. Brush with garlic butter and bake when ready to serve.
  5. Toast the Rolls: For extra crunch, lightly toast the rolls before assembling.
