4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup yellow mustard
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Make the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together honey, both mustards, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and paprika.
Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a dish or bag, pour marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours).
Preheat Grill: Set to medium heat and oil the grates.
Grill Chicken: Grill for 6–7 minutes per side, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest & Serve: Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Spoon any extra sauce over top if desired!
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for consistent cooking.
Don’t skip the resting step—it keeps juices locked in.
Save some marinade before adding raw chicken to use as a sauce after cooking.
Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
