3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup applesauce (or mashed banana)
1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
¼ cup ground flaxseed
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
Scoop out 12 equal portions (about a heaping ¼ cup each), roll into balls, and flatten gently with your palm.
Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Let them cool completely and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
