Healthy Oat Bars (Customizable with Mix-Ins!)

These Healthy Oat Bars are soft, chewy, and perfect for meal prep, lunchboxes, or an on-the-go snack. Packed with wholesome ingredients and endlessly customizable, you can add peanut butter, a swirl of chocolate, or even a scoop of protein powder for a nutritional boost!

🛒 Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ½ cup applesauce or mashed banana
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
