Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • knife

Method

  1. In a pot, combine sugar and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Let it boil for 2 1/2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour into a buttered 8×8-inch dish.
  5. Let it cool completely, then slice and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use creamy peanut butter. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze slices for longer storage.
