1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup grated cucumber (peeled and seeds removed)
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced

Optional: 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onion
Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
