Ingredients

▢ 2 ½ cups cooked chicken (about 2 chicken breasts or 14 oz)
▢ ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
▢ ⅓ cup pecans, chopped
▢ ⅓ cup celery (1 stalk), diced
▢ ¼ cup green onion, chopped (about 2 stalks)
▢ ¾ cup mayonnaise
▢ 4 teaspoons lemon juice
▢ 1 tablespoon honey
▢ ½ teaspoon salt
▢ ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
▢ ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Ingredients

  • Chop the chicken, pecans, cranberries, celery, and green onions into small, bite-sized pieces.

2️⃣ Toast the Pecans (Optional but Recommended)

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
