- Author: Emma Parker
- Prep Time: 15 min
- Total Time: 15 minutes
- 12–15 large pretzel twists (for the body)
- 12–15 small pretzel twists (for the head)
- 1 cup milk or dark chocolate (or candy melts)
- Colorful sprinkles
- Mini candy decorations for eyes and nose (e.g., mini M&Ms or candy pearls)
- Optional: Edible food markers or icing for whiskers
- Melt the Chocolate:
- In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the chocolate or candy melts until smooth. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting.
- Assemble the Bunny:
- Body: Dip a large pretzel twist fully into the melted chocolate. Place it on a sheet of wax or parchment paper.
- Head: Dip a small pretzel twist into the chocolate and attach it to the top of the large pretzel to form the head.
- Ears: Use the top loops of the small pretzel twist as ears. If needed, attach small pretzel sticks for extra ear detail.
- Decorate:
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle colorful sprinkles over the ears and body.
- Add mini candy decorations for the eyes and nose on the head area.
- Use edible food markers or icing to draw whiskers on the face, if desired.
- Set and Serve:
- Allow the pretzels to sit undisturbed until the chocolate hardens completely.
- Once set, your adorable bunny pretzels are ready to serve!
Notes
- Choose pretzel twists that are proportionate for creating a distinct head and body shape.
- Use a small amount of extra melted chocolate as “glue” to secure the head and ears if needed.
- Get creative with decorations to give each bunny a unique personality!
